We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Team Leader to join our established team at Cedar Lodge, supporting individuals with complex needs in a safe, calm, and nurturing environment. This is a key leadership role where you will guide the night team, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
About The Role
- Lead, support, and inspire the night team to deliver person-centred care.
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support overnight.
- Carry out regular checks and respond appropriately to any needs or incidents.
- Support with and oversee personal care where required.
- Be responsible for decision-making and acting as the senior point of contact overnight.
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers to day teams.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies.

- Has experience in care, ideally in a senior or team leader role.
- Is confident working independently and leading others.
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting people.
