Position: Residential Educational Support Worker.

Location: The Limes + College/School at David Lewis.

Salary: £24,860.25 – £26,622.00 (plus weekend enhancements).

Contract: Full-Time | September Start.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential Educational Support Worker, you’ll be doing more than just a job – you’ll be helping us grow, thrive, and enjoy life. Your days will include:

• Supporting us at home – helping with cooking, cleaning, and building life skills through active support.
• Guiding us through education – supporting us in college or school as we learn and prepare for the future.
• Being there for us emotionally – helping us manage routines, feelings, and personal care.
• Making life fun – joining us on trips, to the cinema, swimming, or just having a laugh together.

You don’t need loads of experience – just the right values and a big heart. If you’re someone who:

• Has a great sense of humour.
• Is patient, understanding, and a good listener.
• Encourages others and celebrates small wins.
• Is a driver (we love getting out and about!).
