What we’re looking for: Proactive & Flexible: Youll be leading by example, but also rolling up your sleeves and working the shifts alongside the team, so youll need to be able to manage your time and priorities well. A Great Communicator: Youll be the one staff turn to, so being able to communicate clearly with everyone is essential think outside of the box and find ways to keep things running smoothly. Car Driver: As youll be supporting us with different activities and appointments, youll need a full UK driving license and the ability to drive the team when needed. Creative & Fun: We need someone who can think on their feet and bring fresh ideas to help us live our best lives.Whether its coming up with fun activities or making sure everything runs smoothly, well look to you to make things happen.Youll think of your own ideas, but, to get you started, we love Swimming, Skiing, Theme Parks, Sensory Rooms, outdoor parks (no matter what the weather!) Bubbly Personality: It helps if youre friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to we want someone whos not afraid to bring energy and a positive attitude to everything they do. In this role, you will: Lead a team of support staff: Youll be a strong leader, making sure everything runs smoothly while fostering a positive, supportive environment. Support us in our daily activities: From assisting with personal care to helping us take part in activities, youll be right there, working with us to make our home a great place. Create opportunities for growth and development: Its not just about supporting us with day-to-day tasks its about finding new ways to help us grow and enjoy life! Be the first point of call for your team: Well need you to be the go-to person for staff, answering questions and offering guidance to help them provide the best support.
