Salary: £8.00 per hour during your apprenticeship, and on successful completion: Progress to a Support Worker role earning £13.46 per hour plus enhancements.

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
Month 1: Welcome to David Lewis, Full induction, Meet your mentor, Begin learning alongside experienced Support Workers.
Months 2-6: Develop the knowledge and confidence to support people with:
- Daily living
- Communication
- Independence
- Community activities
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Safeguarding
- Medication awareness
- Autism and learning disability support
Months 7-12: Complete your qualification, build your confidence and prepare for your End Point Assessment while becoming a valued member of your team.
What Happens Next?
Successful apprentices will have the opportunity to progress into a permanent Support Worker role. Starting salary after completion: £13.46 per hour.
