Hours: 37.5 hour - night shifts on a rota basis (including weekends)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Team Leader to join our established team at Cedar Lodge, supporting individuals with complex needs in a safe, calm, and nurturing environment. This is a key leadership role where you will guide the night team, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and inspire the night team to deliver person-centred care
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support overnight
- Carry out regular checks and respond appropriately to any needs or incidents
- Support with and oversee personal care where required
- Be responsible for decision-making and acting as the senior point of contact overnight
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers to day teams
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies

- Has experience in care, in a senior or team leader role
- Is confident working independently and leading others
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting people
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Can remain calm and responsive in a variety of situations
