We are a caring charity seeking an organised and compassionate Medical Secretary & Admin Coordinator to support our Clinical Services team and help ensure high‑quality care for the people we support and their families.
Part‑time: 22.5 hours per week. Salary FTE: £29,685.61.
Key Responsibilities- Manage clinical diaries and coordinate consultant clinics.
- Produce accurate medical correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records.
- Act as a key point of contact for families and healthcare professionals.
- Qualified Medical Secretary (e.g. AMSPAR Medical Terminology).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confident IT user with experience of EMIS and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting (learning disability experience essential).
- Professional, discreet and values‑driven.
An Enhanced DBS Check is required.
