Join our Clinical Services team and help us deliver exceptional support to the people we serve. We are looking for a professional, organised and friendly Clinic Receptionist/Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and reception support to our consultants, doctors, dentists, nurses and wider clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day reception and administrative support
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate clinical records
- Produce letters, reports and other documentation (audio & copy typing)
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally
- Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate reviews and appointments
- Support general office tasks including filing, photocopying and record retrieval
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Strong IT skills, including EMIS and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with people with learning disabilities (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A candidate who is detail oriented, ensuring all tasks are reviewed to ensure accuracy
- Strong problem solving abilities
- A positive, caring and professional approach
- Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
