• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy in their daily lives.
• Creating a safe, supportive, and homely environment.
• Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and develop independence.
• Encouraging social inclusion, fun, and community engagement.
• Being a trusted, caring presence — someone who makes a difference.

What You’ll Bring

• A kind, patient, and positive attitude.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn — no experience needed, just the right values!
• A full UK driving licence (preferred).
• A sense of fun and a heart for helping others.
