What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver person‑centred care to adults with complex needs.
• Support independence, life skills and meaningful activities.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to create positive outcomes.
• Manage behaviours with empathy, patience and confidence.
• Keep accurate records and contribute to service improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, resilient and ready to make a difference.
• Experience with challenging behaviours (a bonus, not a must).
• Full UK driving licence holder.
• Great communicator and team player.Flexible with shifts (including evenings and weekends).
