We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Residential Services Administrator to help keep our residential services running smoothly and compliantly across the organisation. This is a central role at the heart of our services — supporting leaders, coordinating information, and making sure teams have what they need to deliver outstanding care.
The Role
You’ll provide vital support to the Director of Residential Services, CQC Registered Managers and Residential Managers, helping services stay organised, informed and inspection-ready. Your work will help ensure our homes operate efficiently and continue to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders and managers
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, agendas and minutes
- Supporting CQC compliance, inspections and audit preparation
- Managing documents, reports and digital filing systems
- Tracking key deadlines such as training, supervisions and compliance tasks
- Supporting communication across eight residential homes
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and service dashboards
- Assisting with projects, improvement initiatives and service development
What we’re looking for
- Exceptionally organised and detail-focused
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with teams
Experience in health, social care, education or another regulated environment is highly valued. Knowledge of CQC processes or residential services would be a bonus.
