Join our Clinical Services team and help us deliver exceptional support to the people we serve. We are looking for a professional, organised and friendly Clinic Receptionist/Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative and reception support to our consultants, doctors, dentists, nurses and wider clinical team. The role is part time on a rota basis and is 22.5 hours per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day‑to‑day reception and administrative support.
  • Manage appointments and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Produce letters, reports and other documentation (audio & copy typing).
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
  • Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate reviews and appointments.
  • Support general office tasks including filing, photocopying and record retrieval.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills, including EMIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with people with learning disabilities (essential).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A candidate who is detail oriented, ensuring all tasks are reviewed to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • A positive, caring and professional approach.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable).
