Salary: £25,528.00 Full time salary equivalent - Pro rata £20,422.40

Are you an organised, proactive, and friendly individual with a passion for supporting education? We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrator to join our dynamic College team and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role:
As our new Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our College’s daily operations. From coordinating key documents and supporting leadership to managing data systems and helping organise events, your work will make a real difference to staff and students alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to the College leadership and wider team.
- Coordinate annual EHCP reviews and support review meetings.
- Manage and update key College documents and reports.
- Support and train staff on our MIS system and generate reports.
- Organise College events and Governor meetings.
- Produce the College newsletter and maintain training records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Methodical, accurate, and highly organised.
- A confident communicator with a warm, approachable manner.
- Experienced in administration (essential).
- Skilled in IT, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data systems.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work independently with a positive attitude.
