The Role Mechanical Project ManagerThis position would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to further develop their career within a successful contractor environment delivering a diverse portfolio of building services projects.
You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining project performance and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements- Experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems including HVAC, ventilation, pipework, public health, and associated services
- Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, or public sector projects
- Ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively
