This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in the mechanical building services or HVAC sector to join a well-established and respected mechanical services contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HVAC solutions across commercial, healthcare, and specialist environments.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC projects from initial design and planning through to installation and final handover. You will work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and an experienced in-house team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Note: 12 times per week, you'll be required to travel to sites outside of the South East. All expenses are fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate HVAC projects across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Liaise with design teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, industry standards, and internal QA processes.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
