An established M&E Building Services contractor based in the Southampton area is looking to appoint a Junior or Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join its pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who already has mechanical estimating experience and is looking to continue developing their career, while the company would also consider an experienced mechanical building services professional who is looking to transition into an estimating role.
The business delivers mechanical and electrical projects across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, industrial, public-sector and refurbishment environments, with projects typically ranging from approximately £100,000 through to £5 million.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced members of the estimating and pre-construction team, gaining exposure to a varied tender workload and the opportunity to further develop their knowledge across the full mechanical estimating process.
