This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering exciting and varied projects across London and surrounding areas.

Projects span the commercial, commercial fit-out, healthcare, education, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and public sector markets, with typical project values ranging from £1m-£4m, alongside larger projects where applicable.

The Role: The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to successful completion and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing electrical building services projects from inception through to handover
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Managing programme delivery and project performance
  • Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring quality, health and safety, and technical compliance requirements are met
  • Supporting commercial performance and project reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Electrical Project Manager, Senior Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, or similar role within M&E Building Services
  • Strong technical understanding of power, lighting, containment, distribution systems, fire alarms, and associated electrical services
  • Experience delivering building services projects across one or more sectors including commercial, fit-out, healthcare, education, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Remuneration Package:
