This position would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion within a smaller, agile contractor environment. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, commercially successfully, and to a high standard. The role offers a high level of autonomy and would particularly suit someone who enjoys being involved in both project delivery and wider business growth.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role within Building Services, M&E, Fit-Out, or Construction environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, ventilation, pipework, and associated services
- Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, education, residential, refurbishment, or fit-out projects
- Ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
Remuneration Package
