This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering fast-paced commercial office fit-out projects across the South Coast.
The company specialises in design and build office fit-out projects, typically ranging from £500k to £2m, working with well-known end clients and delivering high-quality installations within tight programmes.
Due to a live project requirement, they are now looking to appoint a freelance Electrical Project Manager on a 5-month contract, with an immediate start available.
You will take responsibility for the delivery of a live commercial office fit-out project, overseeing all electrical elements from site through to completion.
- Managing the electrical package on a fast-track office fit-out project
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Overseeing quality, compliance, and health & safety
- Reporting into senior management on project progress and performance
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
Strong background delivering commercial or office fit-out projects
Experience managing projects typically in the £500k–£2m range
A stable work history demonstrating reliability and consistent project delivery
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering projects through to completion.
This role would suit candidates currently working as: Electrical Project Manager, M&E Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, Senior Electrical Site Manager.
