The business specialises in the delivery of high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects throughout London, working with major clients across premium office, commercial and mixed-use environments. Typical project values range from approximately £2 million to £10 million , with substantial electrical packages forming a key part of the companys workload. With an excellent reputation, longstanding client relationships and a strong pipeline of London-based projects, the company offers the stability of an established contractor together with a collaborative and professional working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level estimator who wants genuine ownership of substantial tenders, involvement in pre-construction strategy and value engineering, and the autonomy to make an important contribution within an experienced team. As Senior Electrical Estimator , you will take ownership of complex electrical tenders across a varied portfolio of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Working closely with the wider Pre-Construction team, Directors, clients and consultants, you will manage tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission and handover. Managing substantial electrical tenders independently Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations Identifying commercial and technical risk Liaising confidently with clients, consultants and the wider project team Ensuring a detailed and effective handover into project delivery The role is primarily office-based in East London, although the business offers a sensible degree of flexibility where appropriate. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in M&E Building Services and substantial London commercial fit-out or refurbishment experience.
