This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. Projects typically range from £250k to £3m+, with the successful candidate taking full ownership from pre-construction through to final handover within a fast-paced Design & Build environment.

The Role
This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys operating within a fast-moving commercial fit-out environment and is comfortable managing projects from early-stage coordination through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, commercially successfully, and to a high technical standard. Projects are primarily within the commercial office fit-out and refurbishment sector across London.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
- Strong commercial office fit-out or refurbishment project experience
- Experience working within a Design & Build environment
- Track record delivering projects typically ranging from £250k to £3m+
- Strong organisational and programme management skills
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project financial performance
- Strong communication and client-facing ability
- Stable career history demonstrating consistency and successful project delivery
