This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. Projects typically range from small works through to approximately £1m in value, with the successful candidate taking ownership from pre-construction through to final delivery.

The Role
This is a key position within the business and would suit an Electrical Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, building client relationships, and operating within a less corporate, more agile environment. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early-stage pricing and pre-construction support through to site delivery and handover, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Projects are primarily commercial office fit-out and refurbishment schemes across Central London.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
- Strong commercial fit-out and refurbishment project experience
- Ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Previous experience working within small-to-medium sized M&E contractors preferred
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery from both operational and financial perspectives
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Stable career history demonstrating commitment and successful project delivery
This role would suit someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions, and managing projects with a high level of autonomy, rather than operating within a heavily process-driven environment.
Remuneration Package
