This role offers the opportunity to join a growing construction and fit-out contractor delivering a diverse range of building, refurbishment, and M&E projects across London and the surrounding areas. Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the business's M&E capability while delivering exciting and varied projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, and high-end residential sectors. Projects typically range from £100k to £1m in value and offer genuine variety, responsibility, and client exposure.

The company has developed long-standing client relationships through quality delivery, reliability, and a practical, hands-on approach to project management.
This position would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion within a smaller, agile contractor environment. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, commercially successfully, and to a high standard. The role offers a high level of autonomy and would particularly suit someone who enjoys being involved in both project delivery and wider business growth.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role within Building Services, M&E, Fit-Out, or Construction environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, ventilation, pipework, and associated services
- Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, education, residential, refurbishment, or fit-out projects
- Ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
Remuneration Package
- £75,000 - £85,000
