The Role
As Mechanical Estimator / Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will take responsibility for preparing accurate, competitive, and commercially robust mechanical building services tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission and project handover. You will be responsible for pricing mechanical packages including HVAC systems, plantrooms, heating systems, chilled water systems, ventilation, pipework, and public health services across a varied portfolio of projects. Projects typically range from £100k through to larger multi-million-pound installations across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and fit-out. Working closely with Directors and Project Managers, you will play a key role in reviewing tender opportunities, assessing risk, identifying value engineering opportunities, and ensuring all submissions are both technically and commercially sound.
