The Role

As a Mechanical Estimator / Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical building services projects, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams. You will play a key role in the tendering process, ensuring submissions are both technically accurate and commercially competitive, with clear visibility across project scope, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical building services projects
  • Reviewing tender documentation, specifications, and drawings
  • Producing accurate take-offs and pricing schedules
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
