The Role

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Pre-Construction Manager, Senior Estimator, Estimating Manager, Bid Manager, or similar role within M&E Building Services
  • Mechanical or Electrical Building Services background
  • Strong understanding of pre-construction processes within contractor-led environments
  • Experience managing tenders, bids, and client engagement activities
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project procurement
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Experience working across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, or public sector projects would be advantageous
