A highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its growing project delivery team. The business delivers exciting and varied building services projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and public sector markets, with typical project values ranging from £2m to £10m+, alongside larger flagship projects within its national portfolio. The Role involves taking responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining project performance and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
- Strong understanding of electrical building services systems including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, data, security systems, and associated services
- Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, or public sector projects
- Ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively
Remuneration Package:
- £65,000 - £80,000
