Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager with a strong track record delivering complex mechanical projects in the healthcare sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established and respected M&E Building Services Contractor known for delivering high-quality projects across the healthcare, commercial, and public sectors.
The Role:
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, we are seeking a confident and knowledgeable Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical installations on healthcare projects ranging from £50k to £5m. You will play a key role from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver mechanical services installations on healthcare projects
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and supply chains
- Ensure strict compliance with NHS HTM guidelines and all health & safety regulations
- Manage project costs, variations, and progress reports
- Drive quality assurance and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager, or similar role in the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of HTM/HBN standards and hospital infrastructure
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree)
