This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Essex. With a strong pipeline of high-quality projects, the business is continuing to grow and is now looking to welcome an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to its expanding Mechanical operations team.

As Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical building services packages on a range of commercial fit-out projects, typically valued between £250K – £5M. From pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, you’ll oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You’ll be joining a well-structured and supportive team, with access to ongoing training, clear career development pathways, and a strong pipeline of high-quality projects across London and the surrounding areas.

Remuneration Package:

  • Base Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 (depending on experience)
