We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and steadily growing M&E Building Services contractor based in the Southampton area, known for delivering high-quality mechanical projects across the healthcare, commercial, and public sectors. Their reputation for technical excellence, repeat business, and a collaborative working culture has made them a trusted name across the South. As a result of continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects ranging in value between £50k and £2m. The role offers a varied week split between site(s), office, and occasional working from home. Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical projects from pre-construction through to client handover Manage budgets, programmes, variations, and procurement Conduct site surveys and coordinate installation teams and subcontractors Ensure compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety standards Build and maintain strong client relationships Mentor and support junior or assistant team members Skills & Experience:
Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects Background as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager, or Senior Mechanical Project Manager Strong technical understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services systems Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Remuneration Package
