This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor delivering fast-paced commercial office fit-out projects across Central London, typically ranging from £250k to £3m+.
Working within a Design & Build environment, you will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover, playing a key role in ensuring programmes are met, technical delivery is coordinated effectively, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

The Role
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mechanical building services projects, from initial design coordination through to commissioning and handover.

- Supporting commissioning, snagging, and final handover
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
- Strong background delivering commercial office fit-out or refurbishment projects

- Strong programme management and organisational skills
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project financials
