This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering fast-paced commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically ranging from £2m to £10m. The company is a well-established M&E contractor with a strong reputation in the London fit-out market, delivering technically challenging projects and maintaining long-standing client relationships. With a secure pipeline of repeat business and continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their pre-construction team.
This is a key position within the business, offering genuine influence over tender strategy and the opportunity to play a leading role in securing new projects.
The RoleYou will take a lead role in pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £1m to £5m, managing multiple live tenders within the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector.
- Leading the electrical estimating process from enquiry through to submission
- Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries and analysing returns
- Senior Electrical Estimator level experience within M&E Building Services
- Strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Experience pricing electrical packages in the £1m to £5m range
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
This role would suit candidates currently working as: Senior Electrical Estimator, Lead Electrical Estimator, M&E Senior Estimator, Electrical Pre-Construction Manager.
Remuneration PackageSenior Electrical Estimator £78,000 to £90,000 plus Car Allowance / Travel Allowance and excellent Benefits Package.
