This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering fast-paced commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically ranging from £2m to £10m.

The Role

  • You will take a lead role in pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £1m to £5m, managing multiple live tenders within the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector.
  • Leading the electrical estimating process from enquiry through to submission.
  • Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries and analysing returns.

Requirements

  • Senior Electrical Estimator level experience within M&E Building Services.
  • Strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Experience pricing electrical packages in the £1m to £5m range.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Remuneration Package
