The Role
This is a varied and practical role combining site supervision with hands-on mechanical installation where required. Depending on project needs, the successful candidate may spend periods supervising mechanical works on site, coordinating labour and ensuring quality standards are maintained, while at other times supporting installation teams or providing technical support across multiple projects.
The company delivers a range of commercial, healthcare, student accommodation and residential projects, with mechanical package values typically ranging from £200k up to £2m. Projects are typically located across the South Coast and M3 corridor.
- Supervising mechanical and plumbing installations on site
- Ensuring mechanical installations are delivered to required standards

Requirements:
- Strong plumbing or mechanical installation background
- Experience supervising mechanical works on site
