This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor to take full ownership of a live commercial refurbishment project, acting as the number one electrical lead on site for a respected M&E Building Services contractor.
With a strong pipeline of work across London, this role also offers the potential for ongoing projects beyond the initial programme. The company has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality M&E installations across the commercial and education sectors. They are known for their hands-on, delivery-focused approach and for giving their site teams the autonomy and support needed to run projects effectively.
The Role – Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor
This is a site-based role leading the electrical package on a college/classroom refurbishment project valued at approximately £1.1m. The project is due to commence in May and will run through to November. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day electrical delivery on site, working closely with the commercial team and senior management while being trusted to drive the project forward.
- Taking ownership of the electrical installation from start through to completion
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Driving programme, productivity, and quality to meet project deadlines
- Acting as the main point of contact for electrical works with the main contractor and client team
- Overseeing testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor leading projects on site
- Strong background delivering electrical packages on commercial or education refurbishment projects
- Delivery focus: Demonstrable track record of taking projects through from start to completion in a site-based role
- Solid understanding of programme management, site coordination, and electrical installation processes
