Role Overview:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You\’ll work closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing leadership from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the electrical elements of projects from start to finish
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
• Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality, reporting regularly to senior management
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services sector
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current industry regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or degree-level)
