Specialising in high-quality commercial and office fit-out projects, they deliver complete M&E solutions from concept design through to final commissioning. Role Overview: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of electrical, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing leadership from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the electrical elements of projects assigned to you from start to finish
- Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
- Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality, reporting regularly to senior management
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism
Requirements - Electrical Project Manager:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager, or similar role within the building services sector
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current industry regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or degree-level)
