Electrical Project Manager – Leading M&E Contractor – Central London We are working in partnership with a highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor, headquartered in the heart of London. Specialising in high-quality commercial and office fit-out projects, they deliver complete M&E solutions from concept design through to final commissioning. Project values typically range from £50k to £4m. The Opportunity: Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their well-established team. Role Overview: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of electrical packages on fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You\’ll work closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and clients, providing leadership from pre-construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the electrical elements of commercial fit-out projects from start to finish * Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently * Monitor project budgets, progress, and quality, reporting regularly to senior management * Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams * Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professionalism Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or fit-out sector * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current industry regulations * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or degree-level) What’s On Offer: * Base Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 (depending on experience) * Travel Allowance * Generous Bonus Scheme * Private Healthcare * Pension Scheme Options * Company Phone & Laptop * Social Events * Ongoing Training & Development * Supportive and Collaborative Team Culture * Genuine Career Progression Opportunities Apply Now If you\’re an experienced Electrical Project Manager ready to progress your career with a forward-thinking and established M&E contractor, we’d love to hear from you.
