This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Electrical Estimator looking to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically ranging from £2m to £8m.

The company is a well-established M&E contractor with a strong presence across the London market, known for delivering high-quality projects within fast-track commercial environments. They have built long-standing relationships with repeat clients and are recognised for their collaborative culture, technical capability, and consistent project delivery.

The Role - Electrical Estimator

You will be responsible for pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £500k to £2m as part of wider commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be involved from initial enquiry through to final submission, playing a key role in securing new work and supporting continued growth.

  • Producing accurate electrical take-offs and cost plans
  • Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
  • Electrical Estimator or Intermediate Electrical Estimator level
  • Experience within M&E Building Services
  • Proven experience pricing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems within commercial environments

This role would suit candidates currently working as: Electrical Estimator, Intermediate Electrical Estimator, M&E Estimator, Electrical Cost Planner.

Remuneration Package - Electrical Estimator

£62,000-£74,000 plus Car Allowance / Travel Allowance and excellent Benefits Package.
