This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial projects across Central London, typically ranging from small works through to £1m.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing electrical projects from initial tender stage through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. Projects are primarily within the commercial sector, including office fit-outs and refurbishment works across Central London. This role offers a high level of autonomy and would suit someone who enjoys taking full ownership of projects, rather than operating within a heavily structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover
  • Supporting or contributing to tendering and pricing where required
  • Overseeing site delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Managing subcontractors and coordinating labour on site
  • Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Ensuring all works are delivered in line with technical and safety standards
  • Monitoring project progress, programme, and financial performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
  • Strong background delivering commercial projects
  • Ability to manage projects from tender through to completion
  • Experience working within small-to-medium sized M&E contractors preferred
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project costs
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • A stable career history is preferred, with a track record of seeing projects through from start to finish
