This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor supporting the delivery of critical power systems and switchgear maintenance projects for major commercial clients.
The employer is a long-established building services contractor with a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise and long-term client relationships. Their Critical Power Systems division focuses on the maintenance and performance of switchgear systems for high-profile clients who require dependable power continuity.
The Role
You will work as the Divisional Director’s number two, playing a key part in both operational delivery and wider business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering switchgear maintenance projects
- Providing technical support to the installation and maintenance team
- Helping to build and develop a small team beneath you
- Attending client entertainment and meetings to support new business
- Leading project reporting, technical standards and client communication
About You
You will bring:
- Proven experience with switchgear, critical power or HV/LV electrical maintenance
- A track record delivering maintenance or small works projects
- Strong client-facing confidence with solid technical understanding
- Ambition to step into a genuine progression role
Remuneration Package
- £75,000 to £85,000 base salary
- Travel allowance
- 2.5 percent project performance bonus
