2D AutoCAD Technician – Electrical Building Services Based in North Hampshire, the company are a long established and highly respected Electrical Building Services contractor. Predominantly operating across the commercial, office fit out, hospitality and residential sectors, the company provide a full range of Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning with typical project values ranging from £100k up to £2m. As a result of continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced CAD Technician to join their pre-construction design team. There is an option of Hybrid Working – 3/4 days office based and 1/2 days working remotely from home. CAD Technician – Desirable Experience and Key Skills: * Minimum 5 years experience as a CAD Technician * Electrical Building Services experience is essential * Strong Design and Construction knowledge * Excellent communication and presentation skills Salary and Benefits Package for the position of CAD Technician include: * Base salary: £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience * Option of Hybrid Working – 3/4 days office based and 1/2 days working remotely from home * Annual Bonus * Private Healthcare * Pension options * Company events * Phone and Laptop * Training and Development opportunities * The company also provide a very enjoyable, supportive, and rewarding working environment, as well as genuine career progression opportunities.
