The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer,equally suited to those with a background as a HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer,to join a busy maintenance team covering London and the surrounding areas. Youll be responsible for both planned and reactive works, with a strong emphasis on AC systems and plumbing.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Service, maintenance, and repair of AC systems (split units, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs)
- General plumbing and pipework maintenance
- Responding to reactive call-outs and completing planned works
- Providing a professional and efficient service to clients across multiple sites
- Ensuring compliance with company and client safety procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AC and plumbing maintenance
- F-Gas certification (essential for AC works)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A flexible approach to working hours, with overtime available
- Salary: £45,000 £50,000 depending on experience
- Paid from home to home
- Company van, fuel card, phone, iPad, and tools provided
