David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices. We are seeking to onboard a Farsi-speaking Business Development Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct market research
- Provide insights to enhance our competitive position
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Farsi dialect (C1) and English (C1)
- Proven portfolio of active FX clients with the ability to rapidly expand the network
- Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years) and an active portfolio of clients
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
