We are seeking to onboard a Farsi-speaking Business Development Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Achieving sales targets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Farsi dialect (C1) and English (C1)
  • Proven portfolio of active FX clients with the ability to rapidly expand the network
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years) and an active portfolio of clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
