Our client is a well-established and highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Surveyors. Due to continued growth and strong levels of private workflow, they are actively recruiting across a number of key locations. Their model is focused around private instructions, primarily in the form of Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non-lender work). Those who have recently qualified, or are soon to qualify as AssocRICS via SAVA and other routes, are encouraged to apply. Salary Guide:
- London basic salaries in the region of £60,000–£68,000 (depending on experience), plus car allowance, pension, healthcare, and bonus scheme.
