A well-established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors is seeking to appoint a senior Residential Valuation Surveyor to support and help lead a growing residential department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to move into a broader role, combining residential valuation work with departmental support, mentoring, and workflow oversight.

The successful candidate will undertake a varied range of private residential valuation instructions, whilst also contributing towards the continued development of the team and wider service offering.

Duties include:

  • Help to Buy valuations
  • Capital Gains Tax valuations
  • Probate / Inheritance Tax valuations
  • General private residential valuation work
  • Support and mentoring of junior Surveyors
  • Assisting with workflow management and departmental development

Requirements:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS
  • VRS registration essential
  • Strong experience undertaking residential valuation reports
  • Experienced carrying out Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage workflow effectively and maintain high professional standards
