Head of Residential Valuation – MRICS / AssocRICS
Location: North London / Hertfordshire
A well-established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors is seeking to appoint a senior Residential Valuation Surveyor to support and help lead a growing residential department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to move into a broader role, combining residential valuation work with departmental support, mentoring, and workflow oversight.
The successful candidate will undertake a varied range of private residential valuation instructions, whilst also contributing towards the continued development of the team and wider service offering.
Duties include:
- Help to Buy valuations
- Capital Gains Tax valuations
- Probate / Inheritance Tax valuations
- General private residential valuation work
- Support and mentoring of junior Surveyors
- Assisting with workflow management and departmental development
Requirements:
- MRICS or AssocRICS
- VRS registration essential
- Strong experience undertaking residential valuation reports
- Experienced carrying outLevel 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow effectively and maintain high professional standards
