Our client is a well-established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with strong and consistent levels of workflow. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit Residential Surveyors across the following locations and geographical patches.
Their business model is based on private instructions, predominantly undertaking RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non-lender work).
Those who have recently qualified, or are soon to qualify as AssocRICS via the SAVA pathway or other recognised routes, are encouraged to apply.

The Person & Role
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified.
- VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS registration).
- Experience undertaking RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys.
- Sensible targets with a tightly concentrated geographical patch.

Salary & Benefits London
Basic salaries in the region of £58,000–£68,000 (depending on experience), plus car allowance, pension, private healthcare and bonus scheme.
Regional Locations
Basic salaries in the region of £55,000–£63,000 (depending on experience), plus car allowance, pension, private healthcare and bonus scheme.
