With strong and encouraging levels of workflow, they are urgently recruiting for the below areas / patches. Their model is based on private instructions, in the form of Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non-lender work).
Those who have recently qualified, or soon to qualify as AssocRICS via SAVA and other routes are encouraged to apply. If your location is not listed, you are encouraged to get in touch, as new vacancies are coming about frequently:

The Person and Role:
- MRICS or AssocRICS VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS)
- Expect to carry out a range of Homebuyer Reports (Level 2) and Building Surveys (Level 3)
- Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch
- Expect a bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare
- High quality and low volume

Salary Information:
