A well-established London-based firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Surveyors is recruiting two Residential Valuation Surveyors to support an increasing volume of private client work.

The role will involve undertaking a broad range of residential valuation instructions, with a strong emphasis on quality reporting and professional client service.

  • Help to Buy valuations
  • Capital Gains Tax valuations
  • Probate / Inheritance Tax valuations
  • General private residential valuation work

Requirements

  • AssocRICS / MRICS
  • VRS registered
  • Experience undertaking residential valuation reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver reports to a high professional standard
